About Wolt

We’re a tech company from Finland best known for our delivery platform. In 2015 we started with restaurant food and over time we added groceries, gifts and other items. Now it’s possible for people living in hundreds of cities across 27 countries to get whatever they need, delivered quickly and reliably to their front door. We try to make every city we enter a better place – and by that we mean happier customers and partners. For your convenience we created this “Frequently Asked Questions” article to help answer your questions about Wolt and how we work.

The minimum order amount may vary depending on what sort of venue (restaurant, store etc.) you would like to order from. The best way to check the minimum amount is to open the venue you wish to order from and just below the venue name you can see what the amount is. In the specific case in the screenshot added you can see that the minimum order amount is 9€.

A promotional code can be activated in three ways: 1) When logging in to Wolt for the first time, go to the bottom, enter the code and click "Use code" 👋 2) In the application, select the "Profile" icon located in the lower right corner. Then go to the "Promotional Code" tab, enter the code and press "Send". The code has been activated. Here you can also see the expiration date of your code. 3) Start making an order and add a promo code in the final steps before confirming it. Press “Wolt promo code” and enter the code to claim your benefits.

Split Credits 🤔

Split Credits 🤔

You can use some of our promotional codes for multiple orders. These are the so-called “Split Credits”. If you receive a split credit promotional code, you will be granted funds in the amount of e.g. 3x5€ or 2x4€, meaning, in the first case, you can use a 5€ credit for 3 separate orders and in the second case 4€ discount for the next 2 orders.
